For future guests, the washer/dryer are in the basement, which is fine, but for people with mobility issues this may present a problem. The home is in a nice area and we had no safety concerns while there. The home is older but has been updated with fresh paint, flooring and decor. There are no TVs in the bedrooms if that is a feature that is important to you."
