"It is a beautiful property in a great location. They have amazing staff, who are courteous, professional, and thoughtful. There special key gimic, to unlock a special experience was cute. My complain would be where our room was. The room itself was so awesome in terms of decor and cleanliness. The elevator to the room was not as nice. It had big scratches on the back wall and the gold accents appeared dirty with smudged. It was also a little off putting that we had to go across the way outside...
