"The stay was rather good. The room was fine, the breakfast was decent. There were a few oddities about the room that I told the staff about, such a a part on the coffee maker being missing and that the smoke alarm wasn't there. Other than those minor issues it was a good stay."

"I loved the property.The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is seeing bunches of sheets and towels in the hallway upon check-in. It was like 3:15pm. I was on the 10th floor, Rm 1005. Also, there was the same pieces of trash outside the same doors no matter when we went to our room. So the housekeeping definitely needed some help in that area. I was trying to impress my husband and those things stuck out. I'd stay again, but housekeeping needs to do better. The hotel is beautiful and those things cheapen the experience. "
