Brenda and Harold, in particular, were standout employees who made me feel welcome and valued throughout my visit. The historical atmosphere was a Charm but don't expect modern accessories, like a jacuzzi tub, microwave, plugs with phone charging or warm water without waiting 15 minutes when you upgrade to a king suit.

The entire property is beautiful inside & outside. The staff is also friendly & helpful. A suggestion....the bathtubs can use safety bars installed on the walls, making it easy & safe to in & out.
