"Room was clean and well stocked with water ,tea and coffee .Parking was easy next door and checking in was quick and easy .Staff were all friendly and helpful. We were also given a free up graded room ."

"First thing to make clear as there's some contradictory information out there: it's the perfect location for accessing Resorts World Arena. There's a new pedestrian walk way and cut through that's a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Went to a concert and stayed here and it was super easy. As to the hotel, the staff were all really helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Everything you'd expect. Only facility I used was for breakfast but no real complaints there. You can pay for that when you go for it. I probably should have flagged I was a vegetarian as the non-meat sausage/bacon as these weren't available as standard. But otherwise a good selection."
