"I have stayed at this hotel several times before and loved the hotel, the area, its location and the great burger I had so was very disappointed on this trip when was told my 2bed suite room I had reserved months in advance was oversold. On my birthday trip! Was told another bed would be set up so we would have 2. Did not happen & no one came to clean our room either. Has there been an ownership change? Had loved staying here. No upgrade either. Disappointed. "

"It was pretty nice. Me and my husband went around 4 hours early and we couldn’t checkin but they took our luggage so we could walk around. It was close to restaurants so that makes everything easy for us. Good location. I would definitely come back."

"We were confused on the parking and called, a woman, Marlene or something similar, was extreme rude. However, Cynthia checked us in and her customer service was outstanding! Cynthia set the tone for our stay. Our room was clean with an awesome city view. The pool was heated and clean. The entire hotel was clean and up to par. Nick assisted us with our room service and was very informative on the menu. My only suggests be to have atleast one more vegetarian option."
