I went to desk and worked all through this I though, but I still had to go back and check again so was a bit surprised this wasn't all done at once or at least to be told I'd have to come back to finish check in. No upgrade or amenity offered or mentioned"

"It was pretty nice. Me and my husband went around 4 hours early and we couldn’t checkin but they took our luggage so we could walk around. It was close to restaurants so that makes everything easy for us. Good location. I would definitely come back."

"It was okay but on checkout day housekeeping dominated the only elevator and we had to walk up and down 4 flights which was not good especially since we had just run 10 miles in the annual Cherry Blossom race. Also housekeeping disregarded, no knock on the door, the Do Not Disturb sign and walked in on me when I was totally in the buff or in the Full Monty if you will Very unprofessional. Coffee in the morning was welcome however "

"I will definitely be staying here anytime I travel to DC again! As someone who suffers from lots of allergies, the fact that there was no carpet in my room was amazing. Updated recently, staff is super friendly, 24/7 coffee and tea bar, cozy workspaces, easy walking to lots of main sights and Union Station. I had a wonderful stay!"
