"We have stayed at the Duke Hotel many times over the past 4 years and the service remains exceptionally good. The Hotel has character and the complimentary breakfast, wifi and shuttle are nice touches. Located close to Villa Borghese park, a wonderful place to walk on to Rome. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. "

"I wanted a hot bath at 12:30 am, but ran the hot water for 10 mins. with very little warmth coming out of the tap. I barely got in a warm shower, so I'm a bit disappointed with that lack hot water for all - at whatever hour."

"There was nowhere to unpack, only hanging space. This was a room for two occupied by one. If two persons had tried to occupy it, where would they have unpacked?"
