Find Hotels with smoking rooms in Northern Rome

"Stayed at Casa do Patrizia while visiting my daughter while she studied at the John Felice Loyola University Campus. It was so convenient to the school, less than 5 minutes. The accommodations were perfect and Patrizia was so sweet and helpful. I would highly, highly recommend staying at this B&B to anyone. "

"Rooms are very clean,staff was very nice. Breakfast on fifth floor was great every morning. Its just noisy in the day and early night with traffic and the constant idiots honking horns, no fault of the hotels though."

"Not in a great location of Rome if you are a tourists looking to visit the sites as the closest site to see is at least a 15 euro taxi ride away. Advertise as a hotel but only 4 rooms and No real person on site when we checked in at 3pm so was all done thru messaging however there is no local phone to use to contact any sort of front desk, more like an airbnb. Asked for extra pillows but they didn’t have any so that made comfort of bed not good. Also tv did not work, there was no rooftop area...
