"Stefano was the desk clerkwhen we checked out in the morning of the 29th. He was very rude to the 2 guests ahead of us. Came our turn, he was also rude. He needs to chill 50 %. Otherwise the rest of the staff were excellent. Another thing, the breakfast was excellent on the 25th.
