I took my girlfriend away for her birthday and it was perfect for what I was looking for. Great price, lovely spacious room, own bathroom and shared kitchen facilities. Checking in was so easy as host waited up for us even after our flight was delayed and showed us around the accommodation. Great balcony with lovely views of surrounding area. "We had a relaxing stay in Formello. The property was well equipped at there were plenty of amenities near by. Aside from a day trip into Rome, made easy by the comprehensive travel information provided by the host, we were content relax in the pool and make ourselves at home the rest of the time."

"This is a unique property with so much charm and character. Each room had separate bathrooms and the extra like pool table, outdoor rooftop dining and courtyard made our stay so comfortable. The location in Travestere was so cool and convenient to restaurants, clubs and short walk or car/taxi to all the Roman sites. "Our family visited beautiful Rome for our wedding in June 2024 and our stay at Villa Anton Silj was a major disappointment. Upon arrival, we found two out of three air conditioners broken with temperatures reaching 38°C. Three of the 20 beds were just living room sofas in a room without curtains. The houses and kitchenware were dirty, and we had to gather utilities from all three kitchens to cook a meal. We asked for breakfast at 20 euros per person, a total of 400 euros per breakfast for 20...

"We spent a very comfortable week in this lovely house. Alfonso, the owner, was a great host and was always responsive and helpful. The area where the house is located seems undiscovered but very beautiful and remains unspoilt by tourists. A day trip to Rome was very easy via a nearby railway station (€6 return). We are a family of 5, with three teenage/20's sons. We enjoyed the pool and ate all of our meals on the spacious balcony. The only things that could have been better were the coffee...

"We had such a great time at Stefani’s home. We had been in Europe for 3 weeks with our 9 year old and this was the perfect place to relax for 5 days before we headed home to the states. The pool and home were spotless and we loved the location away for the crowds of Rome but close enough (30 min) drive to colosseum and all sites in Rome. Renalto was also amazing and always available. Highly recommend! We look forward to returning with more friends and family."

"Kitchen has everything you would need if you like to cook...and we do! House is spacious-House is secure with fence -gate-lights and fence and hill surrounding it. There are huge metal shutters on each door and window that must be locked and shut whenever u depart. Takes some getting used to. The house has marble floor throughout. The floor is freezing and I highly recommend a large nice area rug at least in main living room so u don't have freezing cold feet. We stayed a month- The yard is nice...
