"The host is very nice and flexible with time. She's reachable by text. This is not a typical bed and breakfast. More like a room rental. You serve yourself breakfast in the kitchen such as toast and yogurt. This is deep within a gated apartment complex and not on the water. If you want a taste of living in Northern Rome, that would be a reason to try this out. It's on the 5th floor. "Not in a great location of Rome if you are a tourists looking to visit the sites as the closest site to see is at least a 15 euro taxi ride away. Advertise as a hotel but only 4 rooms and No real person on site when we checked in at 3pm so was all done thru messaging however there is no local phone to use to contact any sort of front desk, more like an airbnb. Asked for extra pillows but they didn’t have any so that made comfort of bed not good. Also tv did not work, there was no rooftop area...

"NO WATER!! OLD FIXTURES, WHEN WATER COMES WITH A TRICKLE YOU CAN BARELY SHOWER, NO HOT WATER, WILL CHARGE FOR BREAKFAST, TORN DRAPES, DIRTY ROOMS, FILTHY PLACE AND WE ARE SUPRISED THAT THE CITY LETS THIS PLACE OPERATE!! "As an American visiting as a tourist, I was very comfortable in this hotel. The staff spoke English so communication was easy. The room came with snacks that were restocked every day free of charge, including Italian-brand water, juice, Coke, crackers/chips, and cookies. Towels replaced as needed (when put on floor) and beds made every day like any other Best Western, bathroom and shower are familiar to use and cleaned up every day, shampoo was restocked but we had to ask for bars of soap from the desk. Breakfast is completely worth it, especially if you are also a tourist, plenty of food options for the price and one less meal to worry about. There are at least 2 bus stops and a tram stop nearby for public transit. I will caution three things, although your experience may vary: 1. We could not get our HVAC unit working, but cracking the window of our room did the trick to keep us cool and comfortable all night, 2. The walls are thin so you might be able to hear your neighbors, and by opening the window you may hear activity from the street, 3. Italy's taxes are charged during check out and are not included in the price you pay to Expedia, so be prepared for that. It was a nice, modest hotel, and we had a great time in Italy!"
