Find Hotel with a Concierge in Northern Rome

"Not in a great location of Rome if you are a tourists looking to visit the sites as the closest site to see is at least a 15 euro taxi ride away. Advertise as a hotel but only 4 rooms and No real person on site when we checked in at 3pm so was all done thru messaging however there is no local phone to use to contact any sort of front desk, more like an airbnb. Asked for extra pillows but they didn’t have any so that made comfort of bed not good. Also tv did not work, there was no rooftop area...

They were helplful and friendly right off the bat. The hotel itself is well kept and maintained. TV programs should have English translations. Bus trans, shopping and plaza are within walking distances. Lively @ night. Everybody walks."

"Check in was a nightmare, no desk person, trying to receive instructions was a difficult task, one set of keys only, so we had to leave together or couldn't access doors. Asked for help, via phone call to hotel service received an invalid phone number. Issues left unsettled regarding city tax. This place was not good. Terrible service (no service actually). "

"We have stayed at the Duke Hotel many times over the past 4 years and the service remains exceptionally good. The Hotel has character and the complimentary breakfast, wifi and shuttle are nice touches. Located close to Villa Borghese park, a wonderful place to walk on to Rome. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. "The breakfast was excellent with healthy choices & friendly staff. The garden balcony bar was so relaxing after a long day or travel. I loved the fitness room/gym, too!! It had all of the equipment & was very clean/sanitized. Very close proximity to the Villa Borghese Park where I went to the Art Gallery @ Botero Statues! the Metro."
