"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"Evette was absolutely amazing ! Very accommodating and super sweet. We traveled from cali with kids she made check in super quick and easy! Only complaint would be the road next to the hotel is very traveled on. So you do hear the highway. Other than that it was a good spot."

"I always stay here because of the staff and location. However, the conditon of the hotel rooms are rundown. The suite I was in had water damage and peeling paint on the ceiling. Outlets didn't work. The bathroom sink didnot have a stopper or anything covering the drain. It smelled very bad. The fridge did not have a seperate freezer area. With all this I will return."

"Other than a broken ice machine on our floor and broken water dispenser in the fitness room, we loved our stay. We had access to ice in other floors and water at the hotel next doors’ fitness center, so that was inconvenient, but the hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly! "
