"Hotel was lovely staff was great and food options were good, room was a bit run down with carpeting and parking was astronomical $85 for 2 night valet but I would definitely go back"

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"It was as described. Basic lodgings, clean, perfect, for two people and an overnight stay. The price was great. Location is not for sight seeing, there is no where to go out walking to see Phoenix. It was very quiet even though it is along a freeway corridor. There was no coffee maker in the room"
