"The only reason this did not get 5 stars is because the 2nd tub didn't drain and taking a shower was in standing water. The AC is older and was a bit loud....otherwise it was.a cute house, well appointed, nice neighborhood and clean. They loved being able to walk to Starbucks. Good value for what we needed."

"The home was nice, it is clean and looks like the pictures. Pool and spa are also very clean. The communication with the property management lacks, very hard to get in contact with on the day of your arrival. You leave a message and they are supposed to call you back, (they never did) I was concerned they forgot about our reservation. They bombard with emails before we arrived (when you book the property) and then the day of arrival no response. Until I was persistent for three hours, calling to...

"The property is very holy but there were staff ready to take us anywhere on a golf cart. Super friendly staff. "

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "
