"Quiet and comfortable "

"We really enjoyed staying at this property. We grilled outside,played games and watched T.V. when we weren't visiting my son and grandson. It's perfect for dogs as well. I would highly recommend staying here. A couple of things to note, have a car. The only place that's walkable is the Starbucks a couple of blocks away."

"Pool was fun but house was way to hot. We couldn't sleep well because it was hot we left a day early."

"The home was nice, it is clean and looks like the pictures. Pool and spa are also very clean. The communication with the property management lacks, very hard to get in contact with on the day of your arrival. You leave a message and they are supposed to call you back, (they never did) I was concerned they forgot about our reservation. They bombard with emails before we arrived (when you book the property) and then the day of arrival no response. Until I was persistent for three hours, calling to...

"Great spot. Our room was outdated and could not get ac cool enough."

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "
