"Our original room had a slow draining bathtub which hampered the showering experience. We called the front desk and they sent a maintanance man that was very polite and helpful. He worked on trying to unclog the drain for 30 minutes. He finally suggested we have a room change and very kindly made arrangements for us to move directly across the hall. "Hotel is very nice, rooms good size and comfortable. Dog track was fun. Casino was small and a bit dirty. Food options not good on site in my opinion. No buffet to speak of, currently in the food court. Worst casino buffet I ever experienced. Everything else was very good."
