This was a great property to stay at. The location was right in the center of so many areas to visit for shopping and entertainment as well as eating. The Hotel is clean and well kept. The staff were happy, smiling and helpful. There was a shuttle to anywhere within 5 miles so it was great to park our vehicle and ride with staff who knew their way around. They were knowledgeable and friendly while bringing us to and from our destinations. The bed was comfortable. There was a aquatic center that was clean and well kept. A beautiful fountain and firepit on the grounds. It felt safe to be outside after dark. This was a great place to stay and we will be back when we visit the area again this spring or summer.

The hotel is clean and well-kept. The rooms are perfectly designed. The staff are all very nice. They don't skimp on supplies, services, or breakfast, which is often done at other hotels.

the people who work at this hampton inn are so so very kind and courteous to their customers. Their shuttle service is the best ever. we have stayed there twice and will stay there from now on when attending shows or the casino when in that area. one hour from my home, so easy to find too

A very typical Hampton Inn from what I saw. Basic room, basic paper plate and plastic cutlery breakfast (poor potatoes, cheap food, not the best cut fruit). Great coffee. Tried to charge me at check-in again, I had pre-paid. Internet/HHonors issues. Old video system.

We enjoyed the studio king for a weekend Festival of Lights experience The staff is extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and sauna was quite relaxing. Everyone was wonderful except the bed was very firm. Otherwise a beautiful hotel with many amenities including an amazing breakfast

The property was close to The Good Zoo and The Olgaby Festival of Lights the Motel was very clean staff was very nice children friendly patio with the fireplace the kids loved it bed was comfortable rooms was quiet clean We go 1 time a year stay weekend
