"Everything was good. I think that when people are there that room service should NOT be pickup. I was very tired and my husband was disabled. I had to specially request our dinner be delivered to the room and even with a $10 tip it was obvious we were an inconvenience."

The front desk clerk noted on our file that there was a smell. The room was dirty and the floor was sticky in some areas, we did not take our shoes off until we went to bed. The staff was friendly but we asked to have a wake up call and a cab these were not done and the morning front desk clerk said that there was no note of our request "
