"The hotel had a very bad odder throughout the building, the room had a very strong smell of smoke even though it was a smoke free building. The front desk clerk noted on our file that there was a smell. The room was dirty and the floor was sticky in some areas, we did not take our shoes off until we went to bed. The staff was friendly but we asked to have a wake up call and a cab these were not done and the morning front desk clerk said that there was no note of our request "

"The hotel is really nice looking from the outside. Could use some paint touch up here and there but nothing crazy really. The room (Deluxe King) was cozy and had all the amenities you’d need. I’d go back again if I needed to be in the area for business. "

"Lovely front desk representative...very friendly and helpful. Very busy lobby but quiet upstairs. Amazing breakfast and super comfy beds! Had to use the laundry *self serve* a little pricey but convenient. Going back tonight. "
