"The hotel had a very bad odder throughout the building, the room had a very strong smell of smoke even though it was a smoke free building. The front desk clerk noted on our file that there was a smell. The room was dirty and the floor was sticky in some areas, we did not take our shoes off until we went to bed. The staff was friendly but we asked to have a wake up call and a cab these were not done and the morning front desk clerk said that there was no note of our request "

"Everything was great! It was clean, quiet, and smelt great as soon as we walked in! Only downfall was a lack of staff on the Sunday when checking out so we waited for quite a long time. "

Great value!

"Visited during the T Swift concert, but we weren't there for that. Even though it was a super busy weekend, the staff handled it amazingly well! Got an upgrade at check in, without even having to ask. Great service in the restaurants. Will return 10/10"
