"The Host Ben is very responsive and kind. I wanted to experience living among the Ticos and we loved it. This place is unique and cozy for the 4 of us girls. There are some minor upgrades needed but we are so easygoing that it was not a bother. We survived a huge thunderstorm and no power for just a couple hours. The property has 2 cats. Also each bedroom has air conditioning and we enjoyed Netflix in the evening. This area is definitely a surf town and several restaurants walking distance....

"We loved our stay here and were bummed to leave and to say goodbye to our host, Ben! This was a fantastic spot for our family of six, with three bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed and its own bathroom. The local beach and the walk to it were amazing—we saw so much wildlife! "Nice older property and rooms. Staff is wonderful and the pools and breach area are good. My kids aged 15-19 had a great time. What I didn’t enjoy was that you must wait in line for the restaurant of your choice each night for 30-45 minutes to get seat right at 6 pm or you get a buzzer that will go off later which you will have 10 minutes to get your family or group down there. There is nothing else anywhere near this hotel so think you will have outside options. "
