"Myself, my husband, our two girls and our friends with their two boys stayed for a long weekend! It was in a great location to get to whiteface but also into Lake Placid.The house was exactly as shown if not better! Everything was beautifully decorated and cozy. The king bed and queen beds were really comfortable and none of the 4 kids said anything bad about their beds. The kids adventured on the river with some of the adults which was beautiful. We didn’t have to use the washer and drier but...

"We stayed Aug 17-24. Even with the weather being not so great we had a great time. The house has everything you need. It was spotless and very comfortable. We managed to get in a few games of Cornhole and enjoyed the fire pit at night. My daughters went out in the canoe. It’s a beautiful spot on the lake with a nice little beach and dock. My nephew caught a nice size fish right off the dock. Amy was so nice and very accommodating. We had no issues on our trip at all. "

"William's cabin was perfect for a quick ADK getaway! The home was more equipped than expected (we usually camp, so there were more amenities than we are used to having) and the location was perfect- close to hikes, Lake Placid, and easy to find. Would definitely recommend this and will hopefully return in the future!"

"This place doesn't dissapoint!Although it is located near other homes, it feels very private and isolated. The interior and exterior both have an amazing woodsy vibe and the entire place feels like someone cares about it rather than the sterile unloved energy I've come to expect from most vacation rentals.The check in/out process was seamless and the host couldn't have been more accommodating.Do yourself a favor and rent this place. You won't be sorry!"

"This cabin had a large floor plan with lots of space for our family to gather. Large dining table for meals and board games, lots of seating around the fireplace and tv area. The bedrooms were all good size and accommodated four adults and teens. The cabin had everything we needed to cook meals. The owner was very friendly, accommodating and responsive."
