"It’s super convenient spot for Gore Mt. ski trip, and definitely friendly staffs. But it’s a bit noisy and outdated. Floor was definitely needed vacuum and bathtub shower liner was dirty, very dirty. They need better cleaning and maintenance. We didn’t get to try breakfast because it starts at 7:45 and we were at the mountain at 7:40. Who wants to stay late for breakfast than going up to the mountain? "Alpine Lodge is a very nice, recently renovated hotel. I stayed in a quiet room with a king size bed, two rocking chairs, and a gas fireplace. It was quite cozy and comfortable. A minor disappointment with the accommodation was that there was nowhere to take off snow boots comfortably and stash ski equipment. I stayed while skiing at Gore Mountain. "We stayed in January 2025. We loved the friendly, kind staff and the quaintness of the lodge. Sitting by the fire nightly reading and chatting with other guests was a highlight. The breakfast was fantastic! We also appreciated the bag lunch that we created before going out snowshoeing. We loved our room at the Tea House which was on the snowshoe trail.
