"Great location right at the end of town. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are clean, spacious and updated. Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. They even had a puzzle and games in the lobby. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Lake Placid."

Floor was definitely needed vacuum and bathtub shower liner was dirty, very dirty. They need better cleaning and maintenance. We didn’t get to try breakfast because it starts at 7:45 and we were at the mountain at 7:40. Who wants to stay late for breakfast than going up to the mountain? "The Devlin staff was welcoming and courteous. I'd suggest providing additional blankets in the room. It was frigid outside and having an extra blanket or two would provide warmth and coziness."

"Hotel staff was friendly, attentive and responsive to requests. Breakfast service at Marcy's was wonderful! Convient location for accessing the town. Only real negative was the parking. You need to more clearly communicate upfront the Valet parking is $22 per day and is the only realistic option while staying at your Hotel."

"So the rooms were in a bit of a state of disrepair. The door to the bathroom self locked and would not open easily (my 6 yo got stuck in there for about 5 min). We ended up just leaving the bathroom door ajar for the rest of the stay. The exercise room was a legitimate weight training room, which was awesome. The breakfast was standard but good and there was plenty of coffee. It was pretty clean and felt warm and safe."
