"This is a great house and great property, big and private and the view is beautiful . Everything is very clean. We all loved the big mudroom in the entryway to drop our wet stuff. The fireplace inside was very cozy. The whole house is cozy. My only recommendation is to consider a queen/king bed in the basement as right now there are two twin beds and two bunk beds, which is great for kids, but not so great for adults/ couples. We will definitely book again."

The house was clean and cozy and the owner was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure that we had what we needed. The house is a short drive to Whiteface mountain and just thirty minutes to the quaint town of Lake Placid. We will definitely be back. "

The home was more equipped than expected (we usually camp, so there were more amenities than we are used to having) and the location was perfect- close to hikes, Lake Placid, and easy to find. "Our multi-generational family stay at Sunnybrook Cottage was a huge success despite this being the coldest winter in Lake Placid since 1994! "We really enjoyed our winter getaway in Lake Placid. The location of the house is perfect--right on golf course with access to cross country ski trails, which we used daily, Its 5 minute drive to grocery store and town. The house was perfect, beautifully decorated, 4 bedrooms and amazing game room for teens downstairs. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we enjoyed cooking meals together. We also enjoyed a cozy fire in evenings. We hope to return!"
