"Excellent property and host, well described. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Although all required permits are provided, street parking availability varies with time of day and beach lot parking, while reasonably convenient, was commonly gated and locked. Apparently there is a code to open the lock, but we did not learn of that until the end of our stay which caused some inconvenience. "

"Host replies quickly to your questions. Place has everything you need. Rooms are spacious and the master bedroom is wonderful and opens to the pool. The pool was clean and at a perfect temp. Be sure to let the host know a day a head to heat.if"

"The beds were comfortable and the showers nice. The craftsman architecture makes the house fell like home. The outdoor furniture has been neglected and is in need of cleaning which was dissapointing. Otherwise, the house was a comfortable place to stay for 5 days."

"We had 5 adults and lived staying here. Seems brand new! Great kitchen and family room. Beds and pillows a dream. Quiet dead end street. Amazing roof patio with wonderful views. Enjoyed wine at night with a full moon and espresso at sunrise. Small problem with the parking gate was immediately dealt with. Definitely a 5 star rating!! "

"Third time staying here. Very clean. Great communication. Older home but well kept. Wish it had garbage disposal and dishwasher but other than that perfect for what we need when visiting family. "

"we were 2 couples staying in the santa monica area with a car and this was perfect for us. We could walk to whole foods and trader joes and drive to beverly hills, dinners on the beach, shopping etc. Home was super clean and very comfortable. Highly reccommend!! "

"It was a nice home. The area was great. My only concern was that I could not reach anyone when I had a question. The home has a for sale sign in front and that caused me concern. I called VRBO to reassure me all was well and after that we had a great stay. If the home remains, I would use it again!"

"Loft House is a very appropriate name. Very efficient, cozy, clean. One bedroom downstairs and then spiral staircase to an even loftier space. Very convenient to many places, but quiet"

"We had a group that was in town for a long weekend primarily for a college football game. We had 7 couples and the property was absolutely perfect for us, with plenty of space and privacy for everyone, along with great communal space highlighted by the pool, bar and spa. It was absolutely perfect. Bennett and Cossette were great with the check in and willing to help with anything and everything. Highly recommend this property for any large group like ours!"
