"It was a bit of a rough start because the room we booked had no WiFi and when you have kids you know how important that can be ! But the front desk really got it handled and moved our room and got us all settled. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very convenient and the tram going back and forth to universal on the hour was great . I’d definitely stay here again and recommend my friends to stay here too ! "

"We really enjoyed our stay, the house was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. Check in process was nice and easy. 10 min drive from Universal Studios. My only complaint is there is an ant problem. We were killing them left and right in the kitchen. I would do away with the ant traps and get an exterminator. Other than that you can’t go wrong with this home. "
