"The hotel was fine in itself. Stayed 2 nights got my room cleaned 2nd day. My only complaint was that hotel management was charging $200 cash for incidentals. I let them know that this was not stated on the website. The front office person told me that they didn't accept debit cards with visa logo. But when I checked out and waited for staff to check my room, to get my $200 back. The register was opened and there were, what seemed to me many small envelopes with cash deposits. So, were they...

"Everything was what we needed for all ages. The pool and hot tub were a hit all of the time. Crystal and Bennett helped us with any problems we had. Crystal even offered an extra day stay for our late arrival. very much appreciated. Thank you."

"The property is well-taken care of and in a very nice neighborhood. Very safe and conveniently located. The host was extremely responsive. The only drawback was that it was cramped for six people. We needed the spare air mattresses to sleep everyone moderately comfortably. The check-in information was a little confusing. Bathroom quite small and lacks countertop space."

"This home has everything you need and more!Our family of 7 comfortably stayed here for 7 days. Beds were comfortable, 5 toilets, 4 bathrooms were an added bonus when there is so many of us.Living area was super spacious and plenty of chairs for everyone to relax. "The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Because there are outdoor rooms, there were some bugs in the rooms, but no spiders, just like little bugs. We immediately enjoyed some ping pong and mini golf, my 3 year old niece had so much fun before we even got to the park. The house is so close to Universal Studios, it is a perfect place to stay when going there. Our only trouble this stay was one of the rooms had a keypad lock that we couldn't get open. "The house is modern clean and private. The neighborhood is great. A mall 10 min walk away has plenty of food and even a small dog park. I will definitely stay here again. Nice beds and TV’s in every room and nice small touches like coffee and snacks provided. Great stay "
