"Property was as advertised. Spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Pool in the yard, which was great as we stayed during a hot spell and enjoyed swimming and relaxing by the pool. Unfortunately, the air conditioner could not keep the house cool during this heatwave, so it wasn't as comfortable as we had hoped.Neighborhood was quiet and had dining and shopping options within walking distance. A short drive to Universal Studios and Hollywood Bowl. I would definitely stay there again, but maybe...

"This conveniently located house has been nicely renovated. It is close to Burbank, North Hollywood and Toluca Lake, the neighborhood is pleasant for walking and it is near several freeways.
