"This property is small compared to others we have been to in Punta Cana. It was exactly what we wanted though, great beach, great food and drinks, wonderful staff. If you want a lot of activities, this might not be the place for you but they do offer some. There is just a very small gift shop on the property but there is a whole mall full of little shops right outside the front gate."

"We only ate at the buffet for the two days that we stayed. The food was okay, but not great. It was often overcooked and dry. The best choice was the pasta bar where the food was cooked to order. Guest services was awesome and quickly addressed our request for a mini bar refill when we missed housekeeping. The front desk folks were very friendly."

"After a very disappointed check in and a room with 2 beds instead of king bed as requested and a very bad ceiling leak all over the bathroom. I complained and Jose Angel Rivera & Jose Luis Gonzalez (VIP Dep.)changed my room very quickly and was very professional. Also the staff around was amazing. People like Leonel Perez Castillo and Mileidy Pinela Perez in Buffet Perla did a fantastic job servicing. I will go back to this place in the future. "
