"They need.to train their Shuttle Drivers..to be nicer to the hotel guests...that not tip..Tip is an option..also the wooden chairs at one of the restaurants..need..sliders..which is not expensive.and will reduce the noise .that gives a head ache. to the guests...also a couple of nights they run out of white wine....and No solution to the problem...some one has to have a key to get it.....Also they need a Wine and liquor Menu..that the guests ,that are not members could order..at a charge since...

"I loved the cove of our Casa Marina beach. The water is gorgeous. Service at the bars is good, drinks are good (I only had a few), nice staff. Waiter staff was excellent! Food at buffet was fantastic! We loved the buffet - fruit, international options, variety, healthy . . . Coffee and wine were great! We loved the Select seating area and service there.
