"El lugar no es nada como se ve en las fotos. Ni siquiera presenta que hay que pasar un puente para ir a los restaurantes. La playa es horrible, el área al rededor del hotel es fatal. Y para completar, Expedía me cobró el doble de lo que costaba la habitación. El precio del hotel era $ 85 y Expedía me cobró $ 201. "I arrived and they had no power. The place was filthy and unkempt along with the pool being green and it took over 20 minutes to find someone on the property. I spoke with the maintenance guy and the head of reservations and he said if I found my itinerary he would work on refunding my money. I came back after finding my confirmation number two time each day taking time from my vacation and I couldn’t find anyone on the property. So in turn I got screwed out of almost $400 "
