"The property is in bad shape. When we arrived, I wasn't impressed by the condition. Early the next morning the toilet backed up. I went to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. So I walked down in my pajamas to alert them, it was 7:30, and the response was that the maintenance man doesn't come in till 9:00. "Location is great, staff is friendly. I would return! Note-the only suggestion is that the overnight person make fresh coffee for early AM wakers. It was overnight coffee until housekeeping showed up at 7am. It may be her duties however with him just sitting there, he could have considered the guests. Also. The pool has been out of order for some time now. I have not seen anyone working on it in the past 2 months."

"I was told I was to receive a refund because of cancellation on their part and they did not honor it. The property was filthy and a lot of drug addicts and prostitutes. The rooms are dirty and horrific. Customer service was horrible. The front desk people were very rude. I would not recommend any human or animal to stay here"
