"The property is in bad shape. When we arrived, I wasn't impressed by the condition. Early the next morning the toilet backed up. I went to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. So I walked down in my pajamas to alert them, it was 7:30, and the response was that the maintenance man doesn't come in till 9:00. "The staff were really nice and helpful and overall the hotel was nice, but there is some construction going on in the lobby area and the hallways and rooms in general looked a little more run down than the photos online show.
