"The front desk staff is so nice and knowledgeable about their surroundings. There is some remodeling going on but nothing that would impacted my stay. Moody center is 10-12 min drive. "

"The shower handle was broken and was difficult to gauge the hot water and this took additional time away from getting ready for my business meetings. The towels provided had hair strands in them and made my anxiety increase by being grossed out being touched by dirty towels since I had no time to request new ones. There was also not a blowdrier available. "

"We were in Austin for Thanksgiving weekend. This guesthouse was perfect for our needs. Check-in was so easy. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was responsive to our issue with the heat, explaining how to set the heater and even brought over a portable heater just incase. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in Austin."

"First of all the pictures do not do justice to this place. It is pretty new construction with upgraded fixtures. The location is a quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and convenience stores and coffee shops within walking distance. Just minutes from downtown but yet far enough away. The person who manages the property is very responsive… within minutes. The owner lives on site but you wouldn’t know it unless you need help. I would love to rent this again."
