"We had a suite with a balcony. Toilet would not flush . Dinning service not the best. Sat for long time before they would ask if we wanted to oder anything . Room $$$ would think you could get good sevices"

"This seems like an old property. The hallways are very dark and almost makes you feel unsafe and like it was dirty, but once you get into the room it’s bright, clean, and much better. The staff was friendly, but the front desk lady didn’t seem happy to be there. I liked how restaurants and stores were within walking distance, but there are some questionable people that hangout in the surrounding areas of the property."

"I liked that it was a safe area. Walking distance to great restaurants. The food at the restaurant S3 was delicious. Staff was very nice and courteous. I disliked that our tub was a soaker tub and did not have hand rails on walls for safe entry in and out. The toilet was not refilling so we had to take the top off to help it along when we flushed. Housekeeping showed up right before dinner when we were getting ready to go out. "

"The hotel was very clean and our room was very well fitted with a kitchen and 2 double beds. Ideal for a family of 4. Debbie, Andre & Frankie were very helpful. Appreciate Debbie giving us an upgrade. I do prefer a buffet breakfast. The a la carte setup is not to my liking but I can understand that there is low guest ratio to justify this. They should not allow XL Bully dogs in the restaurant, especially without a lead. It scared my wife and she decided to leave early."
