"This was a magical stay. What a surprise to learn that this stay gains access to a sixth generation adjacent garden (easily 3 acres in area) not available to the public and easily comparable in beauty to the Terra Nostra gardens. "An excellent selection for oyr stay on Sao Miguel! Historical monastery, beautifully restored and decorated. QUIET! And the breakfast each day was amazing. Our hosts, Sao Zigna and Rodrigo were most accomodating, making sure our atay was a memorable one! Muito obrigado!"

"The quality and size of the “apartments” (they’re basically houses, it’s great) is phenomenal for the price. To have a private back deck, many air conditioners, a kitchen, a nice bathroom, FOUR sets of sliding doors.. it was great. Friendly cats run the grounds, par for the course in Europe. Parking is a little tight and it’s in a quaint area of the island but those very small “negatives” are so heavily outweighed by the friendliness of staff, 24 hour pool and big clean rooms that it’s barely...

"The property is in a beautiful location and the surrounding area is spectacular. The rooms were large and very clean and daily houskeeping was nice The only downfall for me was arranged to have massage at your sister hotel while my husband was biking for half day. Your hotel organozed it for me but did not advise me of the use of that hotels spa facilites was included in the day. That would have been a lovely day for me had i been aware and prepared a swimsuit. Also my husband would have been able to join me. Very disappointed as spent a lot on the massage as appears theu use of spa is built in price. Other than that i have nothing but praise for your hotel. One of your staff i think Alexander perhaps was alwasy welcomijg and helpful Thank you"
