"Tomas knows how to receive guests very well. The property is in great condition with clean rooms and an amazing pool. The location is not a problem as it’s 10 minutes from Angra and all major attractions are 20-30 minutes away. Overall, great place to call home on the island of Terceira. I am definitely planning to return the next time I’m in Terceira (which will be in the near future). "

Francisco, the owner, is justly proud of his creation, and is very hospitable and dedicated to making your stay memorable. The breakfast spread is very generous. Very good value for the money. "I was charged to my credit card $289.65 with no receipt to show what I was paying for. I emailed them and they told me it was for consumption. I didn't order any food because they had free breakfast. These people are cheating the clients. Expedia should take them off their website as one of the properties to stay at. If i was cheated how many mote people have they cheated."

"House is in quiet place, full of nature. I received a really big house, fine in the appearance, very clean and completely fournished. Comfort was at top and all was working perfectly. Also garden an swimming pool were very good. Host was really polite and full of attention, providing an appetizing breakfast. If obly also some vegetables had been added, no possibility of improvement woulf have left! Perhaps a car to reach is needed, but it is strongly recommended for a comfortably full immersion...
