"Kind people operating it. The property has a great view to the Pico Mountain, there are multiple houses lined up on a small street. It's a very peaceful vibe. It's within walking distance (an a beautiful walk - nice village with flowers, and fruits) to a cafe/bakery, a couple of restaurants, and a nice natural pool for swimming."

"Claudio our host was responsive and very helpful. Excellent customer service and location was perfect and centralized to entire part of the island. There is a free parking lot to park overnight north of the property. About .70 euro per hour if parking on street . Place was spacious with adequate amenities. Would definetly come back again. "

"The location of the flat was ideal for exploring the island. Pingo Doce, a very large supermarket, was a two minute drive. Mariana was very responsive and helpful. She was very kind and had many suggestions to help make our vacation a spectacular experience. There are many excellent restaurants on the island but having the ability to cook and enjoy our meals on the very spacious balcony made the vacation extra special. The view from the balcony is amazing. Obrigada Mariana "

"Staying in the apartment was a good experience. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for a week's stay, the location is excellent. The owner of the apartment and his daughter picked us up from the airport to the apartment and back. Highly recommend."

"We were not psychologically prepared for such a tight parking spot as there was a large vehicle beside us. The stay was large and comfy and the kitchen was very essential part of the convenience and freedom. Perhaps it’s the cultural difference as the elevator went to nowhere in between floors. Apartment B has no blackout curtains. We didn’t find the broom until the last day of stay. Laundry and deck allowed for wash and dry of laundry. "

"The overall stay here was amazing. A super clean, spacious place close to everything. Beds were comfortable. WiFi and all amenities worked perfect. Gated and super close to one of the best swimming holes on Terceira. The communication with the people in charge were great. They were there if we had any questions. I’m 100% going to be coming back to this very location. My wife and kids wanted to stay longer."

"Just a few notes: Location is great! Walking distance to city gates. Place is modern and clean but damped when we got in. May be the humidity. Need the AC for few hours to get rid of the dampness when we got in. Welcome tokens (fruits, crackers, drinks and bottle of wine) was a nice touch. "The apartment was very clean and the owners were very friendly. The bathroom is nice and big and has a bidet. It also had a washing machine which was nice! You could walk to the restaurants and to the grocery store. The street noise is very loud and you have to keep the windows open because it is very warm inside. "My husband and I loved this property. We explored all over São Miguel and it seemed like no matter where we went, we were no further than an hour away. The house is spacious and beautiful and had everything we needed (including a washer and dryer). My absolute favorite part was the terrace and surrounding garden.
