"The staff went above and beyond to help us on our check-in and check-out days as we stayed during off season with no car, we felt super welcomed. The condo was much larger than we expected (for Japanese standards), and we loved that it had a stocked kitchen and in-unit laundry. The smart TV was also a perk. "Great hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. Went during the off season so was good value and very quiet. Staff super friendly. Some facilities seem a bit dated and bathrooms are the typical Japanese plastic-y bathroom, which wasn’t expected for the Hilton. But still recommend it! Onsen has two pools, and the outdoor pool has a great view. Was surprised there wasn’t an outdoor pool. Definitely better onsens in Hokkaido, though still nice to have the option."
