"Convenient location to ski in and out of An’nupuri. All staff member from front desk, shipping luggage, kitchen staff to housekeeping staffs were very nice and friendly. The onsen was clean and bonus was the sauna and cold plunge. The morning buffet was ok, I would recommend to have more fruit varieties other than just grapefruit and pineapple. Overall spent 4 very nice days skiing and we ate out for dinner, highly recommend making reservations at lucky fingers and Matsuri. "

"This property is not far from the Annapuri Lifts and has regular shuttle busses heading to all the ski slopes! Also, the reason I chose it is the awesome onsen and large outside rotemburo! We were able to combine skiing and onsen enjoyment! Breakfast buffet was very good as well. Good value for the money and super friendly and helpful staff!"

"Wonderful hotel directly on the piste. Breakfast was excellent and lunch and dinner options great. Bar could have had a better atmosphere. Room was excellent as was Onsen and boot locker facilities. Ski hire onsite was very expensive so we hired in town for half the price. Bus service into town was also excellent. Solid 9 out of 10"
