I know the harsh winters can be hard in a property, but I would suggest they do some minor maintenance (wood paneling on private outdoor onsen area, rust on private porch railing, wallpaper in entrance area) to ensure this amazing hotel can stay around for a long time! "The apartment was in great condition and extremely comfortable for a family of 4. Smaller touches and attention to details could have been better - there was no wardrobe space nor drawers in the bedrooms. Also take note it’s a all-in-one washer dryer, not separate units."

"You cannot ask better view and better price in Toyako area. Quiet, cozy, lake Toya and Mt. Yotei view from your room. Room is big, like a suite. Well maintained facilities, generous amenities. "The chalet is very spacious, bright, well maintained and fully equipped like a real home. All the utensil and cutlery in the kitchen are in very good condition. The beds are quite comfortable. There is only one thing I was not satisfied is there is no blackout curtains. Only blinds that block view but not light were installed. The sun rises near 4am in summer. I am a light sleeper and I would be awakened whenever the room began to turn brighter and ended up with insufficient sleep."
