"The staff went above and beyond to help us on our check-in and check-out days as we stayed during off season with no car, we felt super welcomed. The condo was much larger than we expected (for Japanese standards), and we loved that it had a stocked kitchen and in-unit laundry. The smart TV was also a perk.
