"The Niseko Ski Lodge lives up to its name--a rustic ski lodge. The staff were super friendly, and international. Upstairs rooms mostly share a bath, but we had a room with a private bath. The pre-fab bathroom was tiny and weirdly placed with a ~10" step up. Room size was good, but it was stiflingly hot with the radiator heat. "Excellent location, less than 200m to the ski lift (small slope to walk down) and ski schools. Prime location for restaurants, ski rental, coffee, bars. Opposite the hotel is a convenience store. Onsen (in a hotel 1000yen each excluding towel rental) is about 3 mins walk on the main road. Bus arriving at the welcome centre is about 10 min walk downhill.
