"This property is gorgeous , the staff and services are premium. The food is delicious. The surrounding is beautiful and amazing. If you have a car, I strongly recommend it. I like everything except the earlier afternoon shuttle service. The hotel provides free shuttle service to nearby ski resort Annupuri. It has 7:30, 8:30am shuttle to Annupuri, and 3pm pick up from Annupuri. The only way to get back to hotel is by taxi if you missed the 3pm shuttle; however, taxi is hard to find overall. If...

"Property was a short walk to the niseko bus line, lots of parking for our rental gear, washer and dryer was great, and breakfast abs company lovely! "

"Stayed with a total group of 6. Had plenty of space. Location was clean and the stop for the shuttle was less than a minute walk away. Staff was very accommodating. All in all a great experience and would absolutely book again. "

"Excellent location, less than 200m to the ski lift (small slope to walk down) and ski schools. Prime location for restaurants, ski rental, coffee, bars. Opposite the hotel is a convenience store. Onsen (in a hotel 1000yen each excluding towel rental) is about 3 mins walk on the main road. Bus arriving at the welcome centre is about 10 min walk downhill. "A very good hotel with friendly service staff. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, but the problem is that the coating in the frying pan in the kitchen has been damaged for a long time. It was discovered last time but it seems that it has not been replaced, so I dare not use it. I hope it can be improved in the future。"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Kamui as a couple. We rented the one bedroom apartment condo with kitchen, the room is very spacious and we were able to relax in the living room after snowboarding. The condo is 2-3 mins drive to Annupuri and 15-20 mins to Hirafu. Will definitely come back again in the future!"

"Had a pleasent stay and closeby main attractions. Do note that the stay is on top of the hills so its difficult to get to by foot. However, the view is very nice. "

Nice stay

"Great hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. Went during the off season so was good value and very quiet. Staff super friendly. Some facilities seem a bit dated and bathrooms are the typical Japanese plastic-y bathroom, which wasn’t expected for the Hilton. But still recommend it! Onsen has two pools, and the outdoor pool has a great view. Was surprised there wasn’t an outdoor pool. Definitely better onsens in Hokkaido, though still nice to have the option."
