"Exceptional hospitality, food, and amenities - It's a highlight of our trip. When we arrived at property, almost entire staff greeted us on the street by the entrance. Kaiseki meals were wonderful. The second floor recreation room was a happy place to be -Zen garden view, delicious snacks, drinks, and late night soup... The rooms were clean and spacious. Onsen pools were nice, especially the roof top one. We look forward to our next trip there"

"Very friendly staff greeted me and when I leave, they run with umbrella and waited on me. Room wa spacious, clean, had fridge with cold water, hot water kettle and tea sets. The room does not have bath or toilet but it did not bother me. Bath was made of hinoki tub, clean with amenities. I went there twice but I had all for myself.
