"Excellent for your first arrival to New Zealand. Is near to everything you might need; the public library is around 3 blocks away for any doc printing you might need. There are all the major bank branches near and money exchange stores. Also, if you don´t have car, there are several bus stops near the hotel. My room was clean and quiet, and the bathrooms and toilets were clean an well serviced. The staff was nice and friendly. "

"The hotel was pretty central within Auckland, easy to find. The security deposit of $150 actually takes at least 3 weeks to go back into your bank account...not 3-5 working days as we were told."

"My start was excellent. The staff were super helpful, friendly and when out of there way. The only issue I had was having a friend come up to my room for a short while. He was questioned by the receptionist. Not sure what all that was about. I guess it's for security reasons. Shouldn't have been a problem as he wasn't staying with me. "

"Unwelcoming other guests on the property being issued milk and other food by security guards. On checkin we were given the key to our room. However the room had not been cleaned, unmade bed, used towels all over room, toilet not flushed, alcohol cans in kitchen, not a good welcoming for me & my 13 year old son. We took a refund & left"
