"Excellent for your first arrival to New Zealand. Is near to everything you might need; the public library is around 3 blocks away for any doc printing you might need. There are all the major bank branches near and money exchange stores. Also, if you don´t have car, there are several bus stops near the hotel. My room was clean and quiet, and the bathrooms and toilets were clean an well serviced. The staff was nice and friendly. "

"Little bit tricky with the pickup of keys downtown first, not an easy experience. The apartment was roomy, not particularly clean , not quite enough towels, hand towels etc for three people."

"This unit was fabulous. A very short walk to Queen Street, the Main Street in Auckland. We were on the 14th floor which therefore afforded views of the construction going on around. Very entertaining. Although the actual unit was a little tired, the beds were super comfy, linen fresh and clean, the kitchen fully equipped, bathroom adequate and the cost was awesome. Even included a free car park. We would definitely recommend this unit. So close to the city life!"

"A lovely place to stay, however the contact person was terrible. She insisted we had not paid and tried to get us to pay by credit card over the phone. It came across as really dodgy. In the end I asked to speak to her manager and all of a sudden check in details were emailed to me 😡 It was a lovely apartment, however I would be cautious to stay again."
