"one of the female receptionists were really not helpful and kinda rude, I checked in the evening at 3rd Jan 2025. I was struggling with the WIFI as it was connected, but can't access the internet. The log in screen popped out only on the reception area, but not in my level (level 3). When I was trying to talk that to the receptionist, first I have to wait 2 minutes before she hang up her mobile phone and stop giggling. Her phone conversation, from what I heard, seemed a private/random chat. And...

"We booked this property because it was a handy location, unfortunately we had also booked it because it said we could have 3 separate beds and because I was booking it for 3 students that didn't really know each other it was appropriate they have their own beds. I have just been told they were only provided with a double and single bed. This has put me in a rather awkward position. They were not confident to ask for this to be changed."

"The hotel was pretty central within Auckland, easy to find. The security deposit of $150 actually takes at least 3 weeks to go back into your bank account...not 3-5 working days as we were told."

"The place and kitchen was cleaned regularly. The rooms were small but had enough storage for luggage. I really liked that the beds had curtains, it helped make it feel less hostel like. The game room was often empty, guess that is a positive or a negative depending on what you are looking for. Over would definitely book and stay again."
