"We loved this hotel! It was the first leg of our trip, the many restaurants and shopping places were great! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The parking was a disaster, I’m not sure who’s error it was but one said we didn’t have to pay for parking if validated and then another said we had to pay for parking and the parking was hard to find but it might have been our misunderstanding as well. I would stay here again, the location is excellent and so were the staff."

"Easy check in and check out for this overnight stay in Auckland. Hotel is extremely well located for Spark Arena which is a short walk away. Room was clean and spacious, if a little dated. Beds were large and comfortable. Room was a little warm. It is so nice to have proper milk in the fridge. Good work Copthorne."
