"I loved my room with the beach view. The staff were nice. The only issue I had was when trying to check out and I had $26 of incidentals. Unfortunately I was pick pocketed a block from the hotel and they took my cash and debit/credit card. They do not accept Discover cards which was the only thing I had left so I was held up for an hour getting to the airport while trying to find an ATM, which also did not accept Discover cards. It was a mess over $26"

"The check in was easy and fast. The room did have a good air flow on the A/C and we had to call maintenance. Also, it was very annoying not being able to have friends or family over. Also it would be easier and faster getting the towels at the pool on the rooftop instead of having to go to the front desk to pickup and drop off the towels."
