"I stayed here with my 5 girlfriends for a weekend to celebrate my 50th. After a couple of them left, some of the Dads came up with the kids. The property was spacious with ample bathrooms. Everything was really clean. My friends enjoyed the extra spices that were left behind in the pantry for cooking our meals. We roamed the property near the creek and the kids enjoyed the fair garden. We were finally able to enjoy the jacuzzi right before we left. We can't wait to come back! Just a head's up...

"Great get away, remote yet within easy reach of Nevada City and Grass Valley. Was a wonderful place for our post-thanksgiving family retreat (7 people, ages 17-83 plus dogs) where we bonded with lots of good conversation in the lovely house which is well designed with open spaces. Secure gated area for dogs which is very nice. Lovely property to stroll around. Recommend day trip to Empire Mine and to Nevada City. Overall, a terrific visit"

"This is a beautiful big country cabin and the theme holds up through out. Only caution is it can be hard to find at night and there is no cell service in the area. Know exactly where you are going before you go. Also, make sure you see all fees before you book. I would stay there again if I had a larger group. "

"The location near the Cascade Canal Trail and the proximity to town are two great reasons to stay, but the house is just so comfortable! Beautiful views from every window. Large, nicely designed and well appointed kitchen and each living area a place to mingle and share time with family and friends. The bathrooms are beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. "This house in Lake Wildwood was perfect for our visit to family in the same neighborhood. It was clean and very comfortable (both the beds and living room). The neighborhood is very quiet. We loved looking out over the lake, particularly in the morning. Lots of wildlife to watch as well. We were there over Christmas, which was fun because there were lots of Christmas lights to enjoy. Unfortunately, it rained every day of our trip, so we weren't able to enjoy all the amenities the house...
