"The location of the hotel is good, only a short walk away from the train station. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. What let the hotel down was tired and dated features. The aircon facilities need replacing along with the carpets. My room carpet had several stains on! "

"We enjoyed a lovely stay. The staff were all fantastic, the breakfast was lovely with lots of choice, the evening meals were also delicious. The spa is nice, shame that some guests don’t read the rules to allow others to enjoy the place (maybe they should be put up outside the spa entrance). The room was beautiful with lovely bedding. Location for us was great too, just outside but a very short way to the centre. Can’t fault anything. We’d definitely come back. "
